By downloading, installing, or using Framely ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Framely grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of the plan you have selected.

  • Free plan: You may use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. Exported recordings include a Framely watermark.
  • Pro plan: You may use the Software for personal and commercial purposes. The Pro license is tied to a single user and may be activated on up to two devices.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software or your license key.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

4. Privacy

Framely processes all recordings locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your recordings, screen content, or webcam footage. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Framely and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant ownership of any part of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Framely be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
